    Rouge On Blue has been commissioned to develop the strategic planning for the 5-year digital transformation of the horticultural cooperative Groupex. As part of this initiative, a portfolio of strategic projects has been defined. Currently in the second year of the digital transformation, we are pleased to introduce three major projects: the birth of a new brand identity, the development of a new web platform, and the implementation of a new private member services platform named HECTAR. These projects align with a long-term vision to modernize and enhance all interactions with cooperative members, thereby strengthening its position in the market.
