    Hiring scarce talent in a growing industry is a major challenge for companies today. It is in the face of this business challenge that a brand new platform was designed for ADGEAR not only to showcase the brand, but to recruit.

    With this in mind, our mission was to re-invent the web presence from a design perspective as well as from a content perspective with the goal of making it attractive to future employees.

    Rouge On Blue’s experts worked to design, imagine and implement a brand new communication approach that would allow future ADGEAR employees to easily find and access the information they need to apply for a job in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
